SAUCES: Chef Sinee created all of OISHII THAI’s sauces herself, to ensure the same flavor and consistency. The restaurant prepares meat, vegetables, and food ingredients fresh each day. Vegetable carvings are meticulously prepared on-site - they may be made of carrots, beet root, green onions and/or Thai peppers.
ALKALINE IONIZED WATER: Chef Sinee is especially proud that OThai uses Alkaline Ionized Water (water produced by a water ionizer) to cook its food. (The restaurant also serves it for drinking.) Water ionizers are the health breakthrough that are said to allow you to turn your kitchen tap into a mountain stream by providing water that will help restore alkaline balance and prevent the build up of acid toxins that lead to degenerative disease; act as an antioxidant; and remove contaminants.
DESSERTS: Delectable desserts include mouth-watering Thai custard, which features an unusual complement – pumpkin sauce. “I'm always thinking about colors and presentation,” says Chef Sinee.”Our pumpkin sauce and the Thai custard complement each other well.” The restaurant also features one of the most popular desserts in Thailand – Steamed Sticky Rice with Banana. Its Banana Roll features coconut and black sesame seed inside it.
